Data handling
Wyrd is built so that your data does not reach us. Here is what that means for each part.
Server and phones
The Wyrd server runs on your own machine. Device logs, locations, application lists and issued commands stay there. The server does not send them to us.
The map
Your server fetches the map from us over an anonymity network and discloses no identifiers of its own. The map is cached, so the requests barely repeat.
This site
The site, the documentation and the downloads page carry no counters, no ad networks and no resources from third-party addresses. Visitor addresses are not written to the logs.
Account
An account is a random identifier and a password. Issued licences, purchases and support correspondence carry no direct link to your personal data.
Demo
The demo hands out a temporary server. While one is out, the visitor address is kept: it is what limits a visitor to one server. When the session ends the server is wiped along with everything that appeared in it.
Third parties
We do not pass this data on or sell it, we do not analyse it, and we build no profiles from it.
